Before your booking is confirmed, a team member will come to your house for a Meet & Greet. Here, they will start get to know you, your home and pet(s), take note of your needs and finalize the details. This will give you the chance to ensure Kim Cares is the right fit for you!
We are a team of devoted animal lovers -
no matter which member cares for your pets, they're in great hands!
Kim will be available for any of your needs during the stay so you never have to worry. She will set up a group text between you, herself, and the other pet sitter to ensure constant communication and ease of mind. Our pet sitters will send as many pictures and updates daily as you'd like.
One thing Kim Cares does above and beyond other pet sitting businesses is taking care of your home just like we do your pets!
Our pet & house sitters will vacuum, clean the bathroom we use & the kitchen, wash the floors, launder our bedding and tidy like we were never there! We also provide our own food.
When you walk in after your travels, all you have to do is drop your bags, sit down and give your animals some loving! Kim Cares takes care of the rest.
